This Cookie Policy describes how Aglima LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on https://aglima.co. It is written from the public site as built. It does not claim cookies that are not in the code, and it does not claim certification under GDPR, PDPL, or any other law.

- Preferences — off until allowed. None active today.
- Analytics — off until allowed.
- Marketing — off until allowed. No pixels installed today.
- External media — off until allowed. No third-party embeds today.
Technologies actually in use
Inventory taken from the public website codebase, not from marketing copy.
- aglima_consent (cookie name aglima_consent, schema 1, policy 2026-09-08): first-party, strictly necessary, stores your category choices, timestamp, and method. No name, email, or tracking identifier. Kept up to 180 days or until you change it.
- Vercel hosting / Cloudflare edge: strictly necessary cookies or similar controls the host may set for security, routing, and abuse protection. Names are chosen by those providers, not invented here.
- Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights: analytics category. Scripts load only after Analytics is allowed. They may then set first-party cookies or similar storage; we do not invent those names.
- Intake form (Web3Forms, FormSubmit, or Resend as configured): strictly necessary to deliver a conversation you start. Not a marketing pixel.
- First-party campus video: served from aglima.co. Not a third-party embed.
- Language is stored in the URL path (/en or /ar), not in a preference cookie.
- UTM parameters may appear on a URL you open and may be sent with a form you submit as part of that request. They are not stored as a cross-session marketing identifier before optional consent.
- No Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, or Google advertising/analytics tags are installed in the current public site.
- No chat widget, CAPTCHA widget, or third-party video embed is loaded in the page today. A server-side Turnstile check may run on form submit only if a secret is configured; it is not a page widget.
How to change or withdraw consent
Use Cookie Preferences in the footer, or Accept all / Reject non-essential / Manage preferences on the first-visit banner. Saving a new choice updates the consent cookie and stops optional Aglima scripts from loading on later pages. If you withdraw Analytics, we also try to delete first-party optional cookies we can name. We cannot remotely erase cookies set by other companies when your browser will not let a site do that.
Global Privacy Control
A Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional categories off unless you later allow them. It is treated as a privacy preference, not as a claim about a particular statute.
Updates
If this policy’s version (2026-09-08) or the consent schema (1) changes in a way that affects categories, the site will ask for a new choice instead of silently reusing the old one.
