Terms of Service

Effective and last updated 8 September 2026

These Terms of Service govern use of https://aglima.co and related Aglima tools that we make available in connection with that site. Paid professional work is governed by a signed client agreement when one exists. The website itself is not that agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the website you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you are accepting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Eligibility

The site and Aglima’s services are offered to adults acting for themselves or a business. You must have legal capacity to contract under applicable law.

Company and service description

Aglima LLC is formed in Egypt. We provide creative growth work: strategy, content, distribution, and related professional services described on the public site. Office Address: Office S13, East Hub, Madinaty, New Cairo, Egypt. Tax ID 764-692-569. CR ID 237895. Contact info@aglima.co or WhatsApp +20 106 222 2621 .

Website use

You may browse public pages, submit the intake form, and contact us. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, or present the site as a completed contract for paid work.

Client and service relationship

A conversation, a pilot, or a signed agreement is required before paid work begins. Public case studies, research, and film on the site are not a warranty of similar results for your brand.

Account and integration responsibilities

If we issue credentials or you connect a platform account, you are responsible for persons you authorize, for keeping secrets confidential, and for activity under those grants.

Authorized use

Use the site and any connected tools only for lawful business communications and for delivering or receiving Aglima work you are entitled to request.

Prohibited use

  • Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
  • Uploading malware or attempting to probe, scan, or break authentication.
  • Collecting personal data from the site by automated means without permission.
  • Impersonating Aglima or another person.
  • Using connected APIs to spam, harass, or violate a platform’s rules.

Social media integrations

Publishing, scheduling, or reporting through TikTok, Meta products, X, LinkedIn, Google, Apple, YouTube, or similar services happens only after the relevant account owner authorizes access. Aglima uses that access to perform the work requested.

Third-party platforms

Aglima does not control TikTok, Meta (including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp), X, Google, Apple, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other third-party platforms. Their products, APIs, policies, reviews, restrictions, outages, and account enforcement are theirs. We are not those companies.

OAuth authorization

OAuth and similar consents are granted by you (or your organization) to the named app on the platform’s screen. You can revoke them in that platform’s settings. Revocation may stop scheduled publishing immediately.

Responsibility for connected accounts

You confirm you have the right to connect each account and to instruct Aglima to publish to it. You remain the account owner as against the platform. Aglima is not liable for platform bans, reduced reach, or policy strikes on an account you own.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of materials you supply. Aglima retains ownership of its methods, templates, research already published on this site, and the Aglima brand. Finished client deliverables follow the signed agreement for that job.

License to process and publish submitted content

You grant Aglima a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt for format, schedule, and publish content you submit, solely to perform the requested work and to operate connected APIs. The license ends when the work ends, except for copies the platforms already distributed and copies we must keep for legal records.

Your representations about submitted content

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, and consents (including people appearing in images or audio, music, trademarks, and disclosures) needed for us to process and publish what you send, and that the content is not unlawful.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, layout, research briefs, and motion work are protected. You may not copy them for a competing site or claim Aglima’s research as your original publication without permission.

Aglima trademarks, brand, and content

AGLIMA, AglimaHQ, the wordmark, and related brand assets are used by Aglima. You may not use them to imply partnership or endorsement unless we agree in writing.

Confidentiality

Non-public briefs, unreleased creative, and commercial terms you share for an engagement are confidential. We will not publish a named client story unless you allow it. Our public research library is not confidential.

Service availability

We aim to keep the website available. Hosting, networks, and third-party platforms fail sometimes. Status information, when we publish it, is at https://status.aglimahq.com. Uptime figures on that page are operational notices, not a service-level contract unless a signed agreement says so.

Changes to services

We may change public pages, forms, and integrations. If a change affects an active paid engagement, the signed agreement’s change process applies.

Third-party services

Email delivery, form intake, hosting, analytics, and social networks are provided by other companies. Their outages and terms bind the parts of the path they operate.

Platform limitations

Rate limits, content moderation, advertising review, region blocks, and API quotas can delay or prevent publishing even when Aglima performed correctly.

Social platform terms

You must comply with each platform’s terms, community standards, advertising policies, and developer policies. We may refuse instructions that would require us to break those rules.

Suspension and disconnection

We may suspend site access, an integration, or publishing if we reasonably believe these Terms, the law, or a platform rule is being broken, or if a token is revoked.

Security responsibilities

Protect your inboxes, phones, and platform sessions. Tell us promptly if you believe an Aglima-connected grant was misused.

Accuracy of submitted information

Intake and briefs must be accurate enough to work from. We are not responsible for delay caused by missing rights or false facts you supplied.

Compliance with laws

You must comply with the laws of Egypt and any other law that applies to your content and campaigns, including advertising, consumer, intellectual-property, and privacy rules.

Anti-spam and abusive use

Do not instruct Aglima to send unsolicited bulk messages or to scrape users. We may refuse such work.

Automated access limitations

Do not crawl, scrape, or overload the website except for ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages. Do not attempt to bypass technical limits.

API and platform limitations

Third-party APIs change. Scopes can be reduced. Apps can be rejected in review. Those events can change what Aglima can do without any breach by Aglima.

No guarantee of third-party platform availability

We do not guarantee that TikTok, Meta, X, Google, Apple, LinkedIn, or any other platform will remain available, approve an app, keep an API stable, or deliver a given impression or ranking.

App and API changes by third parties

If a provider deprecates an endpoint or changes review criteria, we may modify or discontinue the affected integration. We will not claim we can override that provider.

Fees and payment

This website does not take card payments and does not publish a public price list. Fees, invoices, taxes, and payment timing exist only in a signed client agreement or a written commercial offer you accept. Platform advertising spend billed by TikTok, Meta, Google, or others is charged by those platforms under their terms, not by this page.

Cancellation and termination

You may stop using the website at any time. You may revoke platform grants as described in the Privacy Policy. Paid work ends according to the signed agreement. We may terminate site or integration access for breach of these Terms.

Disclaimers

The website and public research are provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or particular commercial results. Insights cite third-party sources; those sources can be wrong or later revised.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Egypt, Aglima LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the website, integrations, or platform actions. For website use without a signed agreement, our aggregate liability is limited to zero fees paid through this website (there are none). Liability for paid work is as stated in the signed agreement for that work.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Aglima against claims arising from content you supplied, accounts you connected, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or platform rules, except to the extent caused by Aglima’s willful misconduct.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Egypt have jurisdiction, unless a signed client agreement chooses a different law or forum for that engagement.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for website use. Signed client agreements change only by their own amendment process.
